When submitting, companies can choose one of three methods:

1. Submit “in person” on A05 (Address: 243 Khuat Duy Tien Street, Nhan Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi City)
Note: Document reception hours: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

2. Submit by mail to the address in A05 above.

3. Submitted on the Ministry of Public Security’s “website” regarding personal information protection
