Information Management & Data Leakage Prevention Training

Learn practical information security in daily work, from understanding the definition of confidential information to key precautions when managing computers, using social media, and cloud services. Also gain a clear understanding of response procedures in the event of information leakage.

• Definition of information security (customer data, financial data, personal data, etc.)
• Risks and measures when using computing, cloud, and social media

Fraud Prevention Training

Understand common workplace fraud such as embezzlement, expense fraud, falsified records, and unauthorized decision-making, along with learning preventive measures and appropriate respone actions upon detection.

Main training contents:

• Common types of fraud (embezzlement, book fraud, cost abuse, overreach)
• Causes of fraud and organizational risk
• Basics of Internal Controls for Fraud Prevention

Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption Training

Understand the definition of bribery and prohibited acts under the provisions of the Vietnamese Criminal Code, learn countermeasures through specific examples such as giving gifts to civil servants, receiving commissions from business partners.

• Risks of giving gifts or money to civil servants
• Issues of receiving commissions from business partners
• The process of reporting and responding when asked to give a bribe

Conflict of Interest Prevention Training

Understand situations when the interests of companies and individual conflict, master appropriate evaluation criteria and declaration rules through specific examples such as unauthorized use of company assets or use of corporate assets for personal purposes.

Harassment Prevention & Labor Compliance Training

Understand the definitions and examples of harassment of power, sanctioning regulations, and master the main points of legal compliance related to daily work such as the Labor Law of Vietnam, the Law on Traffic, and the Law on Intellectual Property.

Main training contents:

• Definition of sexual harassment, power harassment, and workplace examples
• Sanctioning criteria according to the Labor Law and labor regulations
• Compliance with Intellectual Property Laws (e.g. Prohibition of Unauthorized Software)
• Compliance with traffic laws and responsibility in the event of an accident
