In response to growing demand from Japanese companies, I-GLOCAL Group established Vina Payroll Outsourcing Co., Ltd.（VPO）in December 2020, a company specializing in Payroll services.
VPO provides a comprehensive BPaaS Payroll solution, based on the HRM system "terra" which VPO developed by ourselves.
BPaaS is an abbreviation for Business Process as a Service, and is a combination of traditional BPO outsourcing and cloud-based system SaaS. This goes beyond simple outsourcing; it has the advantage of optimizing personnel deployment while improving the business process itself.
