Seminar Report: “Compensation Design and the Latest HR & Labor Updates”

On July 3, I-GLOCAL and ICONIC jointly hosted a seminar titled “Compensation Design Based on Market Salary Levels and Internal Pay Balance, and the Latest HR & Labor Updates.” The seminar was presented by Kiriko Kashima, Senior Manager at I-GLOCAL, and Saeka Inaka, Head of HR Consulting – Japan Market at ICONIC.
Approximately 200 participants joined the seminar, where we shared practical insights into designing compensation systems that strike a balance between market competitiveness and internal equity. We also provided updates on the latest legal and practical developments related to Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Insurance, and Corporate Income Tax (CIT).
